Why We Built This Site
Connecticut gives the public access to many court and agency records, but West Hartford records are not kept by one county courthouse. Civil, family, housing, small claims, criminal, and motor vehicle cases are Superior Court records. Probate matters are handled by West Hartford Probate Court at Town Hall. Marriage certificates, marriage license intake, land records, and municipal certificates are Town Clerk records. Police reports, accident reports, and local criminal record checks are handled by West Hartford Police Records.
